Elevate is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from restricted access, incomplete information, or lack of client cooperation.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Scheduled service dates and timelines are estimates and may change due to consultant availability or project requirements.
Clients should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated in advance.
6. Payments, Invoicing & Fees
Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your written agreement or invoice.
Payments are due as agreed. Elevate may suspend work if payments are not received when due.
Late or outstanding payments may be subject to additional fees or interest where permitted by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements — remains the property of Elevate Consulting Group and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any deliverables, frameworks, methodologies, or training materials provided during service engagements remain the intellectual property of Elevate until all payments are satisfied.
